A missing record does not mean that an event did not occur. Data coverage differs by vehicle, country, source and date. The service does not guarantee that a vehicle has never been damaged, stolen, modified, clocked, flooded or involved in an accident.
Labels such as BUY, BUY WITH CAUTION and NOT RECOMMENDED are automated informational signals. They are not professional mechanical, legal, insurance or financial advice and should not replace an independent inspection or document verification.
The service may combine public and licensed/authorised data. We do not intend to bypass access controls, paywalls, authentication, CAPTCHAs or technical restrictions. Data is used subject to the applicable provider terms and licences.
Some reports may link to third-party records. Third-party websites are outside our control. Their availability, accuracy, copyright and terms remain their responsibility.
You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, abuse or circumvent technical restrictions. Do not submit personal data that is not necessary for a vehicle-history search.
We aim to present information accurately and clearly, but third-party records can contain errors, omissions or outdated information. If you believe a report contains an error, use the published support contact and identify the VIN and relevant section.
If paid reports are enabled, the applicable price, payment processor, delivery method and refund rules will be shown before purchase. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and should not be stored by this service.
The website interface, branding and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders.
